The CDN16 gas and liquid computer has an embedded web system. It offers you the ability to configure and operate your remote installations using your web browser on your PCs, your tablets, and your Smartphones.

The CDN 16 is designed for reliability in high-end gas and liquid applications, and includes all relevant API, AGA, ISO, IP and many other standards. It can be applied to a wide range of products including crude oil, refined products, biofuels and liquefied gas.

The SM@RT FLOW is a connected volume converter for custody transfer metering of all types of gas for the use in hazardous area and isolated site.

SM@RT U Global telemetry solution

A global stand alone remote solution

More than a single remote terminal unit, SM@RT U is a global telemetry solution. The SM@RT U package includes: a field device and a web server application (MyMeci Cloud).

Using MyMeci Cloud, the operator can manage all the SM@RT U, monitor all the plants and collect all the data recorded on the field. With an ultra low energy management, the SM@RT U with its very long life battery allow a permanent site accessibility.

A smartphone or tablet application offers to the operator a very easy data exploitation on site through a wireless communication. The SM@RT U display completes the user interface.

The operating Cloud : MyMECI Cloud

MyMECI Cloud is the web solution to facilitate the management of your SM@RT U and SM@RTLOGGER products’. This web portal, integrating the “SM@RT Suite” application, allows the use of a web browser to manage all your facilities.

It guaranties constant and secure availability of your installation. MyMECI Cloud allows you to have your data stored safely and confidentially.

It also marks the end of investments in costly IT infrastructure that is difficult to implement and maintain.

Whether you are operators or administrators, your server-level access rights allow you to configure, edit and view, but also to centralize all your remote metering and remote terminal unit data as well as the event logs for your installations.

SM@RT LOGGER Connected stand alone data logger

The SM@RT LOGGER is a data recorder or data logger that records and sends your data to a server in your computer network or to MyMECICloud, the web server provided by MECI.

More than a mechanical recorder, the SM@RT LOGGER provides redundant local and remote, high-performance recording.

The local record is available via your “smartphone” or “tablet”. It gives the operator a simple and easy operation through a Low Energy Bluetooth 4.0 wireless communication.

The remote storage allows centralization limitless information of all client installations. The data sent on the GSM/GPRS network are used by the « SM@RT Suite » web application directly on your network or through MyMECICloud .

The « SM@RT Suite » application gives an overall view of the network, curve and operating data, event log and centralized management of SM@RT LOGGERs (configuration standardization, uniformity of firmware …).

SM@RT LOGGER records pressures, temperatures and status changes in explosive zones autonomously, without any external power supply and for a period of ten years.

Gas Calorimeter

Compact and innovative

The CVM16 gas calorimeter measures the thermal conductivity of a gas mixture at different temperatures and calculates the calorific value of the gas based on its thermal conductivity. The CVM400 is a compact, lightweight, and high-precision gas calorimeter that complies with international legal metrology standards. It is approved for custody transfer measurement of gases according to OIML R140.

Thanks to its integration capabilities, MECI proposes its various ready-to-use CVM16 systems providing you with an installation perfectly adapted to your industrial requirements.

The CVM16 gas calorimeter is used to measure the calorific or Wobbe index value of a gas. The CVM 16 is a compact, high-precision appliance that complies with International legal metrology recommendations.

MECI proposes two CVM16 systems either in cabinet or on a sampling probe.

The CVM16 Sampling Probe version

This version allows you to install our CVM16 system as close as possible to a measuring point. It is easy to set up and no special infrastructure is required. Depending on the size of the installation pipes, several types of probe are available such as GPR and different 4 “, 7″ or 9 ” lengths.

The three-way valve allows the selection of the sample gas either from the sampling probe or from the calibration cylinder. The sampling probe is fitted with built-in pressure relief and the necessary filters and protections.

Our package is especially adapted to industrial sites.

The CVM16 cabinet version

This version allows the combination of  two ready-to-use CVM16s, and includes all necessary protection such as filters and valves. The “glass door” option allows you to view the data without opening the cabinet. The electric connections are set up using a pre-wired junction box. The pneumatic connections are made using 1/8 OD couplings available on the side of the cabinet.

This easy to use and easy to install product bundle meets and takes into account site requirements.

Gas Chromatograph

The HGC303 is a compact gas chromatograph approved for custody transfer. It is capable of analysing the 11 major components contained in natural gas, biogas or industrial gas.

It continuously calculates derived parameters such as calorific value, Wobbe index and density…

Due to the HGC303 ability to be field-mountable without sacrificing accuracy or reliability, gas analysis can be carried out near the sample point, greatly reducing the costs involved with shelters, air conditioning and heating of premises, and long sample lines.
